Mental health is an extremely important component of our daily lives and if we are experiencing poor mental health, we are likely to feel the impact in our relationships with partners, friends, and colleagues, in our physical health, and/or in our performance at school or work.

I believe (and research shows) that strong rapport is the foundation of every client-therapist relationship. It's important that you feel comfortable talking to me and that you are able to be your authentic self within therapy sessions. Because of this, I ask that every client schedules a free, brief phone consultation so that we can get to know each other a little and you can decide if we're a good fit before scheduling your first session.
